Hours & Operations

De Soto Location: Open Wednesday–Sunday, closed Monday & Tuesday

  • Wednesday–Thursday: 11am–5pm (Kitchen open until 4pm)
  • Friday: 11am–10pm (Kitchen open until 8pm)
  • Saturday: 11am–9pm (Kitchen open until 8pm)
  • Sunday: 11am–6pm (Kitchen open until 5pm)

Kimmswick Location: Open Wednesday–Sunday, closed Monday & Tuesday

Our Kitchen opens at 11am, Wednesday- Sunday 

De Soto Location:

  • Lunch: Wednesday–Sunday, 11am–4pm (until 5pm on Sunday)
  • Dinner: Friday–Saturday, 5pm–8pm

Kimmswick Location:

  • Lunch: Wednesday–Sunday, 11am–4pm
  • Dinner: Thursday–Sunday evenings (kitchen closes at 8pm Thursday/Sunday, 9pm Friday/Saturday)
  • Reservations are not required for general service, we do take reservations for Dinner service and have rental options for parties and larger groups. 
  • Reservations recommended for large groups.
  • Book via our website or phone to ensure seating.

Wine Experience

$12 for a flight of four 2oz pours of our handcrafted wines. Enjoy at your own pace, then purchase additional wine by the glass or bottle.

We craft wines from grapes grown in our Missouri vineyards, including:

  • Norton (bold red)
  • Chambourcin (fruity red)
  • Crimson Cabernet (exclusive red)
  • Doré (dry white)
  • Vignoles (versatile white)
  • Port-style dessert wines
  • Several Semi Sweet and Sweet Reds & Whites

We grow many of our grapes in our 12+ acre vineyards, we also source grapes from other Vineyards in MO and CA.  

Our wines are handcrafted by LaChance Vineyards’ winemaking team, led by the Hamby family’s vision.

We offer many different wines, utilizing several different grape variatials, including; Cabernet Dore, Crimson Cabernet, White Norton, Norton, Chambourcin, Vignoles, Valvin Muscat, Traminette, Vidal Blanc, and more 

Food & Beverages

De Soto and Kimmswick Locations: Full restaurant menu with farm-to-table dishes (premium steaks, seafood, sandwiches, fried chicken, pastas, charcuterie, small bites), and more.

De Soto Location: Our De Soto location allows picnic baskets to be brought in, we do not allow outside food in our De Soto dining room, or any catering of any kind. No outside beverages of any kind are allowed.

Kimmswick Location: No outside food or beverages allowed.

De Soto Location: Coolers are allowed in to the De Soto location, food only. Absolutely no outside beverages. 

Kimmswick Location: No coolers permitted.

Both Locations: We offer signature cocktails, local craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages (sodas, water) at our full bars.

We offer over 25 award winning LaChance Wines, Sangiras, Beer, Soft Drinks, Select Bourbons. Our Kimmswick location also offers draft beer and a full bar.

Kimmswick Location:

  • Indoor dining areas: 70 seats
  • Uncovered Patio: ~75 seats

Both Locations: Yes, LaChance Vineyards is family-friendly. Children are welcome with supervised play encouraged on our spacious grounds. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

De Soto Location: No pets permitted for guest safety.

Kimmswick Location: Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome at outside seeting.

Both Locations: No formal dress code. We recommend casual, comfortable attire suitable for a winery and restaurant setting. we do not allow overly revealing or obscene clothing. 

Both Locations: Yes, shared ride services (Uber, Lyft) and taxis are welcome. Free parking available at both locations.

De Soto: Our Tasting Room, Hearth Room, and outdoor courtyard are ADA-compliant with ramp access and accessible restrooms. The vineyard terrain may be uneven; please contact us for assistance.

Kimmswick: The Fire Place Room and patio are accessible, but the historic log cabin has some uneven surfaces. We provide ramp access and accessible restrooms. Call ahead for specific needs.

De Soto: Gift cards for tastings, dining, or merchandise (e.g., logo glasses, apparel) are available in the Tasting Room or online.

Kimmswick: Gift cards and merchandise (e.g., wine accessories) can be purchased at the winery or via our website.

Entertainment & Activities

Both Locations: Yes, We have live music ranging from solo artists to large 14 piece bands.. Check our Event Calendar for schedules, and sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.

We do not regularly offer tours, check out our special events and experiences on our event calendar

Events & Private Functions

De Soto Location: Yes, host weddings, showers, birthdays, or corporate events in our Tasting Room, Hearth Room, or tent (up to 350 guests).

Kimmswick Location: Perfect for intimate gatherings or events (up to 50 guests) in the Fire Place Room, patio, or tent.

  • No candles, crock pots, electrical appliances, chafing dishes, or open flames allowed
  • Decorations limited to tabletops; no hanging items, confetti, glitter, or attachments to walls/windows

Both Locations: Photo sessions (dance, family, engagement) require advance written approval and a signed liability waiver. Contact us via email or phone to arrange.
